About The Position
The Receiver / ICC Manager is responsible for overseeing all receiving, inventory control, and back-room processes to ensure accurate product flow, inventory integrity, and operational efficiency. This role supports store profitability through tight controls, compliance, and coordination with department leaders and vendors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior receiving, inventory control, or grocery operations experience required
- Ability to work early mornings, flexible schedules, and weekends as needed
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage daily receiving operations, including deliveries, verification, and documentation
- Ensure accurate receiving, logging, and disposition of all warehouse and DSD product
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper processes, audits, and system controls
- Oversee ICC processes including credits, transfers, damages, and returns
- Ensure proper back-room organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Lead, train, schedule, and develop receiving/ICC associates as applicable
- Monitor shrink, shortages, and discrepancies; investigate and resolve variances
- Maintain compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety procedures
- Communicate with vendors, department managers, and store leadership as needed
- Support store leadership with inventory-related reporting and controls
