About The Position

Become a vital member of our team as a Receiver, responsible for receiving and coordinating culinary products. The receiver ensures that all culinary product specifications are not only met but exceeded.

Requirements

• High School Graduate
• Prior experience working in warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient receiving and coordination of all hotel products, including but not limited to food and beverage.
• Ensure that all received products adhere to the specified hotel product standards, and take corrective measures if any discrepancies are Identified.
• Generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming items.
• Collaborate with various departments to communicate any changes or issues related to received products, fostering a seamless flow of Information.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any delivery-related concerns.
• Assist in maintaining organized and efficient inventory storage, implementing best practices to optimize space and minimize waste.
• Adhere to all relevant safety, health, and sanitation guidelines while handling and storing products.
• Keep all walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, dry storage, and linen room areas clean and tidy.
