Requirements

2+ years as an Estimator in insurance restoration or construction.
Proficiency in Xactimate (Level 2 Certification preferred).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with fire, water, mold, or storm restoration.
Familiarity with Next Gear Dash, CoreIOgic, or other restoration platforms.
Ability to thrive under deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
Construction Management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate, detailed repair/rebuild estimates using Xactimate.
Conduct thorough inspections for fire, water, wind, mold, and other damage.
Work closely with insurance adjusters, project managers, and clients to ensure fair and timely settlements.
Track progress, update scopes, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Follow industry standards, company policies, and provide exceptional customer service at every step.
