Job Description: Job Family Definition: Responsible for managing rebates & supporting supply chain optimizations worldwide, including tracking goods and services that support the company and its customers. Includes setting rebate strategies; negotiating contract, enabling BU execution of programs, reporting results, collecting funds and supporting finance release funding. In addition will be responsible for driving cross BU improvements and programs to optimize savings with suppliers and internal operations in order to grow the business. Emphasis is on strategy, negotiations, business relationships, quality, cost and predictability. Also will be point of contact for Internal and external audit for all critical funding programs. Primary objective is to reduce the cost of supply and make sure every dollar is collected and leveraged to grow the business. Adds value to the company through managing performance aspects of major contracts and subcontracts. This position is in Ft Collins, CO - Onsite Management Level Definition: Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Requirements

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain function or finance.
  • Basic understanding of finanical principles
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications.
  • Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Mastery in English and local language.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes data from system queries to support a rebate collection; reports any issues or problems to procurement manager.
  • Learns to use function- specific tools and systems.
  • Engages with partners and supports contract negotiations.
  • Supports audits and documents all funding releases.
  • Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
