About The Position

As a Rebar Fabrication Laborer, you support production by assembling, staging, and handling rebar and mesh cages to meet project specifications. This role also includes loading/unloading materials, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Requirements

• Dependable, safety-minded team player with strong attention to detail and basic fabrication skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to follow blueprints.
• Ability to work efficiently in a hands-on production environment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16 of an inch
• Basic math and algebra skills
• Ability to safely use a variety of tools, including rebar tie guns, rebar shears, and rebar/mesh benders
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
• Previous rebar or construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Strictly follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area through consistent housekeeping practices
• Support production and warehouse operations by performing additional duties as assigned by supervision
• Safely load and unload rebar deliveries from vendors using proper handling techniques and equipment
• Handle, assemble, and stage rebar and mesh cages according to production specifications and quality standards
