Requirements

1 - 2 years previous experience and/or knowledge with AutoCAD and reading blueprints
Ability to read and comprehend construction specifications and drawings
Excellent customer service including follow through, Time management, Planning/organization and prioritizing
Proficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Bluebeam

Responsibilities

Assist with shipping and receiving documentation
Assist with the research of detailing, fabrication and field problems
Coordinate and assist with customer accounts by scheduling material and deliveries, along with conducting any research of field problems, detailing, fabrication, and/or changes to scope of work
Coordinates with Sales Department to schedule estimates/proposal bids while coordinating/communicating any changes in the scope of work
Ensure the highest level of customer service is taking place and all efforts are taken to satisfy customer needs at all levels, including: phone calls, meetings, etc.
Maintains a desirable work area and accurate documentation of records for each job
Produce accurate and detailed rebar placing drawings that conform to industry and company standards for various structures
