About The Position
The Realty Project Coach role is based at Walmart’s location in Germantown, Maryland. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and at least one year of relevant experience, or three years of relevant experience without the degree. Associates must attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments. Walmart offers an annual salary range of $66,000 to $121,000, with additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Certain positions may also include stock compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a related area; or 3 years of experience in one or more of those areas.
- Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
