About The Position

As a Realty Project Coach, you'll join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US, taking ownership in delivering store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet top-notch quality standards. In this role, you'll partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. This position requires travel to projects across the US. Additionally, you will develop associates by providing supervision and development opportunities, listening to and acting on their ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns, evaluating talent, training and mentoring, providing recognition, and identifying career paths.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years’ experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
  • Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

  • Master’s degree in Business or related field.
  • 1 year’s experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management - Management Professional Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
  • Ensure projects are done on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

  • Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
