About The Position
The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Real Property Specialist (Asset Management Support) in Columbia, SC. The Real Property Specialist shall review the database of record for all 81st RD real property assets and note any discrepancies or errors for Government review.
Requirements
- Three (3) years’ experience in real estate and asset management techniques, as well as Army (or DOD equivalent) real property management procedures and policies.
- Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office programs
- Current favorable, or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance, in accordance with AR 38067
- Valid Driver’s License
