About The Position

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Real Property Specialist (Technical Support) in Columbia, SC. The Real Property Specialist shall provide technical and engineering support across planning, design, and execution phases of Army Reserve construction projects, and support shall include field data collection, technical drafting, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering services.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience
• Experience in technical engineering and architecture techniques, including the ability to create and review drawings and other renderings
• Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office programs
• Current favorable, or eligible for a National Agency Check with Inquiry (NACI) clearance, in accordance with AR 380­67
• Valid Driver’s License
