Position Summary Collect, compile, research, and analyze real estate data for taxation. This full journey-level position, under general supervision, is responsible for measuring and listing all property types and work all land splits; defending ad valorem values before the Board of Equalization and Review along with assisting in presenting cases to the NC Property Tax Commission; delineating neighborhoods; establishing property grades and characteristics for revaluation; along with cost, market and income studies for revaluation.
