About The Position
Performs intermediate skilled technical work appraising real property for assessment and tax purposes, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Real Property Appraiser Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with coursework in business, or related field
- One to three years experience as a real property appraisal technician, working in real estate, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
