Requirements

• One year as an Engineering Technician (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• One year of technical real estate experience and an associate degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Possession of an active Class C driver’s license or equivalent
• Meet the PA residency requirement

Nice To Haves

• Ability to telework part-time (requires securely configured high-speed internet and approved location within Pennsylvania)
• Option to report to the headquarters office in Clearfield if unable to telework

Responsibilities

• Assist with discussions about property acquisitions, relocation matters, and claim resolutions
• Review deeds, titles, and related documents to determine project impacts
• Explain project plans and answer questions about policies and procedures
• Prepare and maintain accurate claim portfolios and supporting materials
• Check right of way documents and coordinate corrections when needed
• Monitor outdoor advertising and junkyard sites for compliance with state requirements
