Requirements

  • One year as a Real Estate Technician (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
  • Two years of technical real estate experience and an associate degree
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Possession of an active Class C driver’s license or equivalent
  • Meet the PA residency requirement
  • Be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quarterly acquisition process reviews and evaluate district compliance with right-of-way requirements
  • Review claim payments, verify supporting documents, and prepare payment packages in line with policy
  • Assist with database access, troubleshoot user issues, and help test system upgrades for accuracy
  • Monitor acquisition and payment data to ensure accuracy and coordinate with staff to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare complex legal payment submissions and work with the Office of Chief Counsel to address issues
  • Create training materials and provide instruction to district personnel on right-of-way procedures
