Requirements
- One year as a Real Estate Technician (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
- Two years of technical real estate experience and an associate degree
- An equivalent combination of experience and training
- Possession of an active Class C driver’s license or equivalent
- Meet the PA residency requirement
- Be able to perform essential job functions
Responsibilities
- Conduct quarterly acquisition process reviews and evaluate district compliance with right-of-way requirements
- Review claim payments, verify supporting documents, and prepare payment packages in line with policy
- Assist with database access, troubleshoot user issues, and help test system upgrades for accuracy
- Monitor acquisition and payment data to ensure accuracy and coordinate with staff to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare complex legal payment submissions and work with the Office of Chief Counsel to address issues
- Create training materials and provide instruction to district personnel on right-of-way procedures
