It also includes providing leasing information to potential tenants, verifying their qualifications, preparing lease agreements, coordinating move-in/move-out processes, and managing the use of shared facilities. The specialist will collect payments, provide financial reports, maintain records of contracts and leases, and prepare amendments and legislative documents. Administrative support for a comprehensive real property and facilities inventory system is also a key function.
