About The Position

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Mountain Home and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks. Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in Idaho. If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed. Respond to this job posting to get more information.

Requirements

• Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
• Must have access to the MLS
• Must have experience showing homes in the Mountain Home area
• Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
• Must have full MLS access
• Must have the ability to schedule and show homes

Responsibilities

• Assisting with buyer and rental showings
• Performing light inspection reports
• Conducting Open Houses
• Completing other real estate tasks
