About The Position
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Cambridge and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Requirements
- Must be a currently licensed real estate agent
- Must have access to the MLS
- Must have experience showing homes in the Cambridge area
- Must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
- Must have full MLS access
- Must have the ability to schedule and show homes
Nice To Haves
- Showami can help unlicensed individuals get licensed
- Showami has access to discount real estate licensing classes
- Showami can refer newly licensed agents to brokerages in their area
Responsibilities
- Assisting with buyer and rental showings
- Performing light inspection reports
- Conducting Open Houses
- Completing other real estate tasks
