This role is crucial for ensuring listings are compliant and well-documented, serving as the primary point of contact for sellers, and managing property previews, lockboxes, and the moving truck calendar. The ideal candidate will be systems-obsessed, detail-oriented, and have a passion for Northwest Indiana.

Requirements

• 1+ years in real estate (Listing Management or Admin preferred).
• Mastery of SkySlope, FlexMLS, and ZipForms is required.
• The SMART Factor: Superior, Motivated, Articulate, Reliable, and Trustworthy.

Nice To Haves

• Lofty CRM experience is a major plus.
• A Real Estate License is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the "Intake to Under Contract" journey, managing 20+ active files with precision.
• Implement systems to ensure every listing is compliant and documented.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, providing "white-glove" updates.
• Manage property previews, lockboxes, and our moving truck calendar.
• Handle FlexMLS entry and collaborate with marketing for high-impact launches.
