This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, with average annual earnings ranging from $100,000 to $400,000+.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
Conduct buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with our supportive staff in SWFL and CA/TX/TN
