We are seeking a licensed real estate agent to join our team in Cape Coral and surrounding areas. We provide tools, leads, and mentorship to help agents achieve a six-figure income. This role involves working with company-generated and self-generated buyers and sellers on home and investment property transactions, serving a diverse client base from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, with average annual earnings ranging from $100,000 to $400,000+.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with and convert pre-qualified leads generated by our business development team
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
  • Conduct buyer tours, listing presentations, and open houses
  • Run comparative marketing analysis (CMAs) for sell and rental value of company-generated listings
  • Attend weekly meetings and collaborate with our supportive staff in SWFL and CA/TX/TN
