About The Position
Expert Real Estate Partners is a broker-owned firm serving the Fox Valley and Fox Cities region. We are looking for both newly licensed and experienced agents who are tired of being treated like a number at their current brokerage. We offer a steady flow of company-generated, qualified leads, direct mentorship from a broker/owner, a proven training program, first-class marketing and listing support, and a tight-knit team culture with weekly coaching and accountability. This role is not for part-timers, agents who prefer no structure, or those seeking a salary instead of commission income.
Requirements
- Licensed in Wisconsin, or actively studying for the exam with a clear timeline to get licensed.
- Self-starter, not someone waiting to be managed.
- Hungry and motivated to build a real career.
- Coachable and willing to follow the system.
- Able to work full-time with flexibility in schedule.
- Commission-based income.
