About The Position

Crown Homes Real Estate is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Recruiter who can grow with us. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-expanding brokerage and play a direct role in helping scale our agent network. In this position, you’ll proactively reach out to real estate agents, introduce them to our model, and guide conversations toward next steps in the recruiting process. This is a high-volume, outbound-focused role that requires confidence, consistency, and strong communication skills. We are looking for someone who learns quickly, progresses quickly, and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be able to build rapport naturally, handle conversations confidently, and stay organized while managing a high level of activity. No prior recruiting or real estate experience is required. We will train you on our systems, messaging, and process. What matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, adapt quickly, and execute consistently.
