About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate / Land Operations Specialist to support property, land, licensing, and administrative operations. The role will process project notifications, work orders, payments, insurance documentation, land-use requests, and encroachment closures while maintaining accurate records and coordinating with internal teams, customers, and licensing agents.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a support role within Title, Escrow, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling documents, payments, and property information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience working with real estate and land-based maps and plans, including Tract Maps, Parcel Maps, Assessor's Maps, and Site Development Plans.
  • Familiarity with Google Earth and LandVision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience researching and analyzing property or land-related data and drawing conclusions.
  • Ability to adapt workflows to changing business conditions and priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Process encroachment closures and related documentation.
  • Open project notifications and work orders to ensure timely project initiation across regions.
  • Process Non-PO payments and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Create LCAP/LCOR documentation as required.
  • Monitor the Secondary Land Use Inbox, respond to customer inquiries, submit requests to licensing agents, and maintain the Secondary Land Use Log.
  • Review Certificates of Insurance, upload documentation into SAP, add required notes, and forward documents to the appropriate licensing agent.
  • Process and pay line rents critical to ongoing operations.
  • Research, gather, and analyze property and land-related information.
  • Manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities to meet changing deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records while working with minimal supervision.
