Requirements

  • Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation.
  • Communicating with customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.
