About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Senior Project Manager to manage all aspects of the construction of our new Ottawa Innovation Campus. The ideal candidate will be skilled in large-scale project execution (having managed projects exceeding $100M+ CAD total value), have deep knowledge of design and construction processes, and be adept at managing complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires a leader who can drive the project delivery process from initiation to completion while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness. Ability to lead matrixed project organizations including external PMs, development consultants, design teams, contractors, and cross-functional corporate stakeholders.

Requirements

Experienced Real Estate Senior Project Manager.
Skilled in large-scale project execution (managed projects exceeding $100M+ CAD total value).
Deep knowledge of design and construction processes.
Adept at managing complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

Nice To Haves

Experience in delivering Multiphase corporate campus or mission critical environments.
Experience acting as an owner’s representative or client-side project lead.
