About The Position

EquipmentShare is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager - Acquisitions & Leases in Chattanooga, TN. This role is responsible for coordinating and analyzing purchase agreements and leases for both existing and new market locations, and for communication between internal and external stakeholders. The individual will manage and perform key processes related to lease and purchase agreement consents, amendments, communications, and other customary real estate documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate or Paralegal Studies.
  • At least 2 years of relatable project management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Review lease and purchase agreements and be able to conduct abstracts and determination of obligations for compliance.
  • Coordinate with the legal team on drafting and execution of agreements.
  • Coordinate lease information with Corporate AP and Lease Administration.
  • Tracking key dates and compliance obligations under the lease and purchase agreements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
