About The Position

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager provides tactical, strategic, and transactional oversight of Republic Services’ owned and leased real estate portfolio in partnership with Real Estate leadership. The role manages relationships with external brokers and company operations leadership and contributes to development and implementation of the portfolio strategy. This is an in-office position in North Phoenix, with four days per week in the office and one remote day. Applicants must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area.

Requirements

At least 5 years of progressive experience in corporate real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, and condemnations.
Recent experience with real estate software and data management.
Advanced knowledge of corporate real estate and related financial terms and principles.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience working with a Corporate Legal Team.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Must currently reside in the greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

Provide real estate support to staff and field operations, including acquisition and site selection, dispositions, leases, easements, licenses, and condemnations.
Coordinate broker services and activities, including engagement documents, pipeline and status reports, and critical date tracking.
Contribute to development and optimization of the real estate portfolio strategy.
Communicate contract terms and partner with the Legal Team on real estate-related contracts.
Support staff and field operations with real estate-related business cases.
Manage real estate data and provide reporting, analytics, and KPIs.
