About The Position

Hometrack Real Estate Marketing is seeking an experienced and reliable Real Estate Photographer for contract work. The company provides professional photography, Matterport 3D tours, videography, drone photography/videography, virtual staging, custom design, and printed marketing materials to realtors and small businesses. Photographers will receive ongoing training in digital media and imaging, including Matterport, 2D floor plans, and drone services. The administrative department handles appointment scheduling, lead generation, and sales, while an editing team manages all post-production. Photographers are only required to send their daily photos by 8:00 PM (EST) on the same day. Travel to adjacent counties may be required.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a real estate photographer.
• Possession of a Full Frame DSLR camera.
• Wide-angle lens (16mm/17mm) and tripod.
• Computer with high-speed internet for editing.
• Confidence working in Lightroom.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Professional presentation.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced shooting and editing techniques.
• Experience with Matterport camera.
• Experience with drone technology.
• Videography skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality professional photography for real estate listings.
