About The Position

Metroplex360 Reality Capture Services, a leading 3D Virtual Tour team in Texas, is seeking skilled and detail-oriented HDR Real Estate Photographers for an independent contractor role. This position offers a flexible income opportunity where you can create your own schedule and work independently. The role involves capturing high-quality real estate content for a diverse client base across various industries nationwide. Metroplex360 handles marketing, sales, scheduling, client communication, and editing, allowing photographers to focus on their craft. The ideal candidate is creative, technically savvy, and passionate about visual storytelling.

Requirements

Full-Frame DSLR or Mirrorless Camera capable of bracketing 5+ exposures in AEB (Auto Exposure Bracketing) mode
Wide-Angle Zoom Lens (14–16mm preferred) — Prime lenses are not compatible
Sturdy Tripod to maintain stability and precision
Ball Head tripod mount for flexible and secure camera positioning
Reliable internet connection
Current and legal driver’s license
Dependable transportation to travel to and from job sites across your region
Background in photography, surveying, or a related field
Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Demonstrate competency in real estate photography by completing a remote certification course and submitting a test photoshoot
Submit a W-9 form with a valid EIN upon onboarding
Provide a current Certificate of Insurance upon onboarding

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site 3D scans and HDR photography using Matterport and DSLR gear.
Ensure a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and spatial awareness in all visual assets.
Represent Metroplex360 with professionalism and courtesy.
Communicate clearly with scheduling and post-production teams.
Manage schedule independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
