About The Position
This established law practice in northern Illinois offers a strong presence in real estate transactions throughout the metropolitan area. The Real Estate Paralegal will focus on supporting complex acquisitions, dispositions, and financing matters, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree and paralegal certification required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling commercial real estate transactions
- Solid proficiency in title and survey review, legal documentation, and closing procedures
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong computer skills, including document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
