About The Position

Requirements

• Pursuing a college degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Analytics, Property Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze property-related data to identify trends and insights.
• Contribute to analytical models that evaluate property performance against budgets and historical figures.
• Help prepare performance reports for property owners and stakeholders.
• Support financial modeling related to actual-to-budget valuations and key performance indicators.
• Assist in preparing reports on property financial performance.
• Conduct market research on emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential portfolio improvement opportunities.
• Work with the team to assess how market dynamics affect property management strategies.
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, finance professionals, and other cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall property performance.
