About The Position

The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Real Estate and Loan Operations Processor for their Caribou branch. This role is responsible for managing the entire real estate loan process, from pre-approval through post-closing. Additionally, the position involves assisting with operational tasks such as escrow management and monitoring homeowners' insurance cancellations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to exceptional member service, and proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Above average typing and computer skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to operate various computer applications including Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel and Outlook
