About The Position
Clearwater Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Lender to join their team in Great Falls, Montana. In this role, the Mortgage Lender will support members through every step of the home lending process, serving as a trusted resource for information while delivering exceptional service and guidance. The Mortgage Lender will play a key role in helping members achieve their homeownership goals while building strong relationships within the community. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working within precise guidelines while exercising strong judgment and decision-making skills. They will collaborate closely with members, real estate professionals, and internal teams.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work within standardized guidelines.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have a reliable, team-oriented approach to work.
- Knowledge of conventional and government loans.
- Knowledge of real estate law and secondary market guidelines.
- Proven networking and business development experience.
- 1+ years of experience in home lending.
