About The Position
The Real Estate Investment Analyst evaluates real estate investment and development opportunities to support organizational growth and economic development. This role performs financial analysis, market research, and due diligence to inform investment decisions and provides recommendations to leadership on real estate strategy and portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Professional experience in real estate investment, brokerage, or development combined with an active Real Estate Broker License recognized by the State of Oklahoma and the National Association of Realtors.
- Experience performing financial analysis and developing financial models to evaluate real estate investments or development opportunities (e.g., DCF, ROI, IRR).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Four (4) years of experience in real estate analysis, financial analysis, business development, economic development, or related financial roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and assist with underwriting for real estate investments, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, utilizing financial modeling tools such as DCF, ROI, and IRR.
- Support the development and create financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, including sensitivity analyses and return projections.
- Conduct market research and assist with GIS analysis to evaluate spatial, demographic, and economic data in support of site selection efforts.
- Coordinate due diligence activities for real estate investments, including financial review, lease analysis, and coordination of zoning, environmental, and compliance requirements.
- Evaluate and monitor real estate investments, redevelopment projects, and development initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze portfolio performance data, including lease terms and market conditions, to identify trends and support recommendations for asset optimization.
- Support the identification of potential investment opportunities and assist with research related to joint ventures, partnerships, and economic development initiatives.
- Coordinate information gathering with government agencies, financial institutions, developers, and industry partners related to incentives and funding opportunities.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations on market conditions, investment performance, and development opportunities for leadership review.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
