Job Summary The Real Estate Intern will support the Asset Services team by assisting with general administrative and operational tasks. This role is intended to provide introductory exposure to commercial property management, with a focus on learning and observation. Responsibilities will include supporting team processes, maintain documentation, and assist with basic coordination under direct supervision.

  • Able to function in a team environment with demonstrated ability in problem solving
  • Professional telephone etiquette with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Basic problem-solving skills
  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general property operations and day-to-day administrative support
  • Provide support with organizing and maintaining property documentation and files
  • Assist with tracking service requests and vendor work orders (as directed)
  • Help coordinate scheduling for routine maintenance and vendor services
  • Support the team in ensuring properties are maintained to company standards
  • Assist with basic data entry and updating internal systems
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team
  • Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to property management operations
  • Shadow team members to gain insight into facilities and property operations processes
  • Perform other duties and projects requested
