As a member of the Real Estate Development (RED) Enablement team, you will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the division by ensuring disciplined focus on the work that matters most. The Senior Manager/Manager, Real Estate Development Enablement is a strategic partner accountable for amplifying the impact, effectiveness, and decision quality in support of the Executive Vice President, RED. Operating as an extension of the EVP, this role brings rigor and clarity to priorities and ways of working, ensuring executive focus is directed toward the highest‑value outcomes. Through quality assurance and follow‑through, the Sr Manager / Manager, RED Enablement facilitates faster, better decision‑making and stronger execution. Grounded in Aritzia’s proven ways of working, this role leads improvement efforts and EVP‑sponsored initiatives that strengthen the Division’s performance, alignment, and long‑term scalability.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate the EVP RED’s commitments, decisions, and priorities—keeping executive time and attention focused on the highest‑impact work.
Uphold Aritzia standards across all EVP RED materials while translating executive direction into clear outcomes, aligned actions, and disciplined follow‑through.
Drive continuous operational improvement across Real Estate Development to increase effectiveness, reduce friction, and strengthen decision quality.
Lead EVP RED‑sponsored initiatives end‑to‑end—from strategy through execution, outcomes realized, and learnings embedded.
Own and elevate EVP RED communications and executive engagements to ensure clarity, cohesion, and impact.
