FuntoNetwork is seeking a Real Estate Development and Finance Lead for an upcoming project opportunity: Development Partner for Carolina North development at UNC Chapel Hill. This role involves executing the full scope of responsibilities for a Development Partner, focusing on strategic planning, financial management, and project execution within a public-sector context.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience performing Real Estate Development and Finance Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

Execute the Real Estate Development and Finance Lead scope for Development Partner for Carolina North development at UNC Chapel Hill.
Develop partnership, phasing, financing, market, revenue, risk, governance, and implementation strategies for Carolina North.
Baseline the role work package, deliverables, resource assignments, dependencies, milestones, acceptance criteria, and reporting calendar.
Coordinate client decisions and cross-workstream handoffs; maintain the integrated schedule, action register, and accountable owners.
Control scope, budget, risks, issues, changes, and quality reviews; escalate variances with documented recovery actions.
Conduct deliverable reviews, obtain acceptance, complete operational handoff, and close the work package with a reconciled evidence file.
Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
