The Real Estate Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Windsor’s Real Estate team by helping manage and coordinate day-to-day activities across the department. This role provides direct support to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Senior Manager of Real Estate and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and confident communicating across teams. The right candidate thrives working independently in a fast-paced environment and is excited to grow their expertise within the retail real estate and leasing function. This role provides exposure to the full retail real estate lifecycle, including new store development, relocations, renewals, and portfolio management.
