JLLSan Antonio, TX
Hybrid

About The Position

As a Senior Analyst on JLL's Public Institutions (PI) team, you'll support the Air Force's Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) program in a hybrid project/portfolio-advisor role. You will keep a portfolio of existing projects on track and serve as a trusted real estate and financial advisor to the Air Force as it grows its portfolio through new transactions. The Air Force uses its EUL program to lease underutilized government land to private developers for community-facing projects that benefit both the installation and the surrounding community. This is a leading example of a federal Public-Private Partnership (P3). The Air Force's EUL portfolio includes projects spanning multiple asset classes at Air Force installations nationwide. JLL's deep institutional knowledge of federal real estate and culture of collaboration will be leveraged as you act as the connective tissue between Air Force installations, Air Force leadership, and private developers, ensuring projects remain compliant, financially sound, and moving forward.
