Requirements

• Active real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Coachable and willing to follow proven systems and scripts
• Comfortable making phone calls and following up with leads
• Organized and able to manage tasks using a CRM
• Ability to work independently while participating in team training and coaching
• Professional appearance and conduct when working with clients
