About The Position

In a Real Estate Agent role, you will be the face of our business and responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience. As a trusted advisor, you are the principal point of contact for clients going through the home buying and selling process. You are joining a team of top-rated experienced realty professionals who are in the top 1% of real estate agents by volume, averaging more than 30 transactions per year. Non-CapCenter agents may take several years to achieve 30 transactions. You will consult with clients to understand their needs, wants and constraints. You will set up real-time access to home listings and schedule tours. You will conduct pre-offer property analysis and share real-time market insights, while guiding clients through contracts and agreements to help them maximize value with less stress.

Requirements

Strong communication skills that are proactive and organized.
Analytical skills necessary for valuation and negotiating.
Bachelor’s degree, or some college plus an active real estate license required.
Proven client service and relationship-building skills.
Proven professionalism, ethics, and character.

Responsibilities

Work closely with mortgage and insurance experts to save clients time and money.
Act as a trusted advisor to assess client needs and guide them through the home buying and selling process.
Average over 30 transactions per year and understand the home buying and selling processes, including negotiations.
Tour homes and submit or accept offers 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends, using a supported mobile device.
