About The Position
Nelson Mullins is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate group in its Charlotte office. This role involves serving as counsel to national financial institutions, with a focus on real estate finance. The Charlotte office is located downtown and overlooks a bustling metropolitan area. Attorneys in this office have been involved in significant business, tax, and legal developments, working with leading financial institutions, public companies, product manufacturers, and healthcare operations.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of meaningful real estate acquisition, development and/or finance experience.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: real estate/construction financing, commercial lending, secondary market transactions, preferred equity, and corporate structures.
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Admitted to and in good standing with the state Bar of North Carolina.
Responsibilities
