The Enterprise Services team oversees the firms’ efforts around Safety, Security, Resilience, Real Estate, Travel and Executive Technology Support. The Real Estate Portfolio Management team manages the global portfolio for all locations utilized by BlackRock. This includes offices, data centers and business continuity sites in 31 countries. Included in the function are real estate strategic planning, transaction management and lease administration. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for oversight of the lease administration function, financial analysis modelling, management of the team’s data analysis and reporting, facilitation of sublease payments and administrative support for the RE team. The ideal candidate would be able to function in the fast-paced environment of a premier global financial services firm. This individual must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and highly focused with a proactive mind-set. Additionally, this person must be team-oriented, resourceful and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, completing them in a timely and efficient manner.
