About The Position
Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Real Estate group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients. The position is based in the Greenville office. The firm is dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices, with pay determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Requirements
- At least three but no more than six years of meaningful experience within the commercial real estate or corporate finance field.
- Well-versed in matters involving corporate finance or commercial real estate finance from both the lender and borrower side.
- Pride on written and oral advocacy skills.
- First-rate analytical skills.
- Admitted to or able to waive-in to the South Carolina, Pennsylvania or Maryland Bar.
