The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of law firm experience advising clients on large and complex real estate transactions. Requirements

At least 3 years of law firm experience advising clients on large and complex real estate transactions.
Experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, financing, leasing and strategic investments.
Strong understanding of complex real estate transactions involving domestic and foreign institutional investors, private equity sponsors, asset managers, developers, lenders, and corporate clients.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.
High academic achievement.
Strong interest in the subject area, entrepreneurial and a team-player.
Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York Bar.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience at a peer Am Law or international law firm.

Responsibilities

Advising clients on large and complex real estate transactions.
Managing substantial portions of sophisticated transactions, including drafting, and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating diligence, and supporting deal execution.
Working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
