Associate Attorney - Real Estate
About The Position
Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. (HCMP) is seeking an associate attorney to join the firm’s real estate transactional team. The ideal candidate is junior to mid-level with general transactional experience. We are looking for a team player, a creative and practical problem solver, and a colleague with a good sense of humor. In this role, you will work with the real estate team representing local, regional, and national clients across a full range of real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, financing, development and construction contracts, joint ventures, and condominium formation and governance.
Requirements
- Exceptional client service, self-motivation, teamwork, creativity, and close attention to detail are critical for this role.
- One to four years’ transactional experience.
- Candidates should be licensed to practice in (or willing to become licensed in) Washington.
