Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Union County
About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill development. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the pressure of closing transactions. The position offers the opportunity to earn money in less than 14 days by showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. You will have the freedom to set your own hours, control your workload, and receive plenty of customer leads, particularly on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The role is remote, field-based, with no office visits required, and offers free, optional educational services to enhance your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
