About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill growth. Associate Agents work with customers on their own schedule and can earn money in real estate without closing transactions. The role involves showing homes, hosting open houses, attending inspections, and setting one's own hours. Customers are plentiful, especially on weekends, and there is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings. The position is remote, field-based, with no office visits required. Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
