About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and skill growth. As an Associate Agent, you will work with customers on your own schedule and earn money in real estate without the need to close transactions. The position involves showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. You will have the opportunity to set your own hours, control your workload, and receive plenty of customers, particularly on weekends. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings involved. The role is remote and field-based, requiring no office visits. Free, optional educational services are available to help you grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
