Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Allentown
About The Position
This role is for new or experienced real estate agents seeking flexibility and the opportunity to earn money in real estate without closing transactions. The Associate Agent will work with customers on their own schedule, show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings required. The position offers the flexibility to set your own hours and control your workload, with opportunities to connect with customers, especially on weekends. The role is remote and field-based, with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to help agents grow their skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
