Real Estate Associate Agent (1099) - Ogden
About The Position
Our Associate Agent role lets you work with customers on your schedule and make money in real estate without closing a transaction. This role is for new or experienced agents seeking flexibility and the opportunity to grow their skills. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections. You can set your own hours and control your workload, with plenty of customers available, especially on weekends. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with no sales pressure, contracts, or closings required. You will work remotely in the field with no office visits required. Free, optional educational services are available to help you grow your skills.
Requirements
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
